Case Management

Case Management

Are you struggling to arrange your medical appointments and keep track of the professionals involved in your child's life or need some support in contacting agencies or other professional?

What does a Case Manager do?

We are qualified Welfare or Social workers,  Case Managers work in many aspects of people’s lives, and may work with children and families, senior citizens, those with disabilities, recovering addicts, the mentally ill, immigrants, ex-offenders or the homeless. At Ksparentss we work with  families who may be having a challenging time.

Generally speaking, Case Managers help people who are in difficult situations by offering advice, helping them find the services they need and creating case plans.

A Case Manager helps clients get the support they need . We do this by  reviewing the  case plan  and determine the best agencies  and services to help the client (and their family)  best endure the situation, it is then the role of the Case Manager  to implement the case plan.

What Ksparenting can do?

Ksparentss will advocate and manage the agencies and services on your behalf in consultation with you. This may be done via phone calls, meetings with professionals, emails etc.

Having a Case Manager support you and manage the professionals in your life and chids life,  can take some of the stress off of you and help you focus on your relationships with yourself, loved ones and child.
